A Great Headache

I’m excited to announce the release of a music video project I had the privilege of contributing to over the last several months. Congratulations to Joey + Rory on the release of their new song and video, Headache! The video was recently picked up by GAC and should start rotating in their lineup over the next few days if you want to see it on the tube.

I had the pleasure of working creatively with J+R and Bryan Allen earlier this spring to begin shaping this idea and producing what we think has become a great result. Working with a terrific group of volunteers and extras, we completed the footage capture over a single day – roughly 12 hours of shooting between two locations.

Not only was I involved on the production, but I also got to play my hand in post with some editing and color grading. This was a great chance to road test several techniques and I learned a lot in the process. Without hesitation, it was a fantastic experience with lots of collaboration and I’m looking forward to the next opportunity.
