Teaser – Location People II Workshop

// February 10th, 2010 // 3 Comments » // Uncategorized

Here’s a short teaser for a production I’ve been working on over the past several months. I’ve been experimenting with video production and exploring ways to combine my photo and cinema interests. This was shot in conjunction with the Location People II photography workshop hosted by Bryan Allen in October 2009. Stay tuned for more information and a premiere of additional content in the near future.

New Blog & RSS Feed

// February 9th, 2010 // No Comments » // Uncategorized

The time has come to refresh my blog and update a few things. Consequently, my rss feed is changing. Please update your subscription if you keep tabs of the blog using a rss reader. The new feed address is http://www.jamesonabart.com/blog/?feed=rss2.

Also, all the old content is still here but the addresses have changed. So, you’ll have to update your bookmarks for individual posts.

I’m excited about the new design and I’m now using WordPress to manage the content. WordPress is super simple and flexible and I highly recommend it.

iConnect Concept for iPhone

// November 4th, 2009 // 1 Comment » // Uncategorized

Here’s my creative energy burst at a concept for new capabilities within the iPhone platform.

iConnect transforms your iPhone into a wireless access point, extending your 3G broadband connectivity to laptops and other devices. This solution goes far beyond simple tethering capabilities. With iConnect, your iPhone becomes a 3G/WiFi router that allows you to deploy a personal wi-fi network with coverage of 30-35 feet utilizing 802.11 b/g/n. You’ll be able to extend your iPhone’s 3G broadband access to multiple devices at once for mobile internet connectivity.
